Farmland conservation plan and management plan for wet grassland habitat - South Hill Farm, Long Compton, Warwickshire, within the Cotswolds AONB

Commissioned by the new owners of the farm to prepare a farmland conservation plan, supporting their planning application for two replacement dwellings.

As the site is within the Cotswolds AONB they had to make a special case of ‘environmental benefit’. Planning permission was granted subject to the submission of a management plan for the special area of wet grassland habitat and detailed landscape designs for the two new gardens.
